Heidi Kingstone

Heidi is a journalist with wide experience covering human rights issues, conflict and politics. She has written for some of Britain’s leading publications, including The Financial Times, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Spectator, The Guardian and The Mail on Sunday. Reporting important and neglected stories has taken her to some of the most desperate places on the planet, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, where she was based for more than a year. When she’s not elsewhere, you’ll find her in London. "Dispatches from the Kabul Café" (Advance Editions), is a memoir of her time in Afghanistan. It is due for release on the 5th of May, 2015.
